Health and Wellness at Coniston and Cartmel

Residents of Coniston and Cartmel have priority access to the nearby health centers at either Kendal or Crosslands. They may elect to use the Kendal-Crosslands’ physicians for their primary care, on a fee-for-service basis. Admission to either the Skilled Nursing or Personal Care (Assisted Living) sections of the health centers is on a per diem basis.

Additional health care services are also available at Kendal or Crosslands on a fee-for-service arrangement, including

• physical therapy
• occupational therapy
• audiology
• ophthalmology
• optometry
• dental care

Following are the health care services provided to Coniston and Cartmel residents under their contract:

• Blood pressure checks
• Blood draws
• EKG's
• Allergy shots
• Flu and pneumonia immunizations
