A
Beautiful Setting
Coniston, with eighteen
homes, sits atop a ridge overlooking the Brandywine Valley. The
community occupies approximately one-third of the 36-acre tract,
the remainder of which is land that is protected from development
by an easement granted to the Brandywine Conservancy.
Cartmel, built on 62 rolling acres,
features 56 homes, laid out around four cul-de-sacs. Residents
enjoy open views of the Cartmel meadow or the privacy of a setting
backing up to woods. Both communities have been designed
to blend in with their natural sites, which feature beautiful
vistas and mature trees.
The majority of the side-by-side duplex
homes are single-story, with two bedrooms, a den, and two and
a half baths. Some have full basements or lofts. All
of the homes come with:
- wood-burning fireplaces
- 2-car garages
- patios or decks –some of which have been enclosed
- full kitchens
- wall-to-wall carpeting
- ample closet space
Roomy floor plans can
readily be adapted to meet the individual needs and preferences
of each resident.
