Kendal-Crosslands Communities
were founded and have prospered based on a philosophy of service
and resident involvement. Residents are involved in numerous aspects
of the life of the community, from governance on the Board of
Directors to picking the artwork that decorates the walls of the
Community Centers. The spirit of service and volunteerism extends
beyond the internal walls of the Communities, as residents and
staff members are very active in their support of local services,
agencies, and initiatives to help members of the local community.
