MULTICULTURALISM

Kendal-Crosslands Communities strive to earn and maintain a reputation as a good place to work. Underlying these efforts is a desire to preserve a sense of community and to nurture an atmosphere in which staff of all backgrounds feel their contributions are important in fulfilling our mission.   

The Kendal-Crosslands Communities Diversity Committee is committed to celebrating the differences in cultures within our communities. One of the committee’s goals is to educate the KCC community by recognizing the value of differences and highlighting the positive impact they have on our workplace.

The Committee publishes Multicultural News each quarter to highlight the cultures of various countries and share information about upcoming multicultural events.
