PARTNERSHIPS

Kendal-Crosslands Communities values the opportunity to take responsibility in the larger community and actively seeks ways to share resources and experience by partnering with educational institutions and other organizations.

Kendal-Crosslands Communities (KCC) has collaborated for more than 12 years with schools in the local area to provide a site for vocational explorations.

With KCC staff acting as mentors and the school staff as job coaches, students have explored jobs and learned skills in dining services, housekeeping/laundry, maintenance, activities, and administration.
