When you need a little time away, Kendal~Crosslands Communities pays for vacation, personal days, and even holiday pay for staff members who are regular part-time staff. And, if you work a community holiday, overtime pay is available.

Many staff members use the Tuition Assistance Program to help offset the costs of college expenses. We encourage a culture of life-long learning, and our part-time staff members can take advantage to enhance their credentials and skills that will further their careers.
