Both locations are like college campuses with residential living arrangements and indoor amenities such as pools, fitness rooms, libraries, and multiple dining rooms. Health Care
We at Kendal~Crosslands Communities have both Personal Care (sometimes referred to as “Assisted Living”) and Skilled Nursing units as well as health care clinics, Wellness, and Physical and Occupational Therapy. Whether you would like to start a career in the healthcare field or would prefer to work in a field that is rewarding with meaningful relationships, we welcome you to apply. Both full and part-time positions are available!
Bonus Program for Some Health Care Positions
- Receive up to $15,000 for newly hired RNs and RN Supervisor

Culinary Services
Bring your creative culinary skills and your desire to work in a safe, comfortable, and climate-controlled environment. We have 2 Cafes and 4 Kitchens in a welcoming, supportive, and vibrant workplace that provides flexible scheduling, so you have time to spend with family and friends. Take part in live-action cooking and work in fresh, hip, and unique kitchen and dining environments. Our mission, to transform the aging experience for each of our residents, succeeds because of our culinary staff. Our Quaker value-centered work environment is a family atmosphere where residents and staff thrive.

Tuition Assistance Program For Culinary High School Students
Now we have tuition assistance for our staff members who attend high school. For every month a high school student works, they earn one credit and each credit is worth $100. Wellness and Fitness
We offer a variety of wellness programs for our residents and staff and extensive fitness facilities on both campuses. We have both indoor and outdoor pools, and offer personal training and group exercise classes to our residents. Maintenance & Grounds
Our residents live in a variety of apartments and cottages. Our 500-acre campus is home to a Level II Certified Arboretum and a Certified Wildlife Habitat.
