The pool at our Crosslands campus is a salt water pool which is perfect for delicate skin types and less chemicals. The pool at our Kendal at Longwood campus features both a lap pool and a pool for water aerobics.

The Vitalize 360 program helps residents with all aspects of wellness and develops personal goals to improve whatever area in their lives that needs a little attention.
